Final pricing, timelines, deliverables, and service scopes are established exclusively through signed engineering contracts (Statements of Work). 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS - Site Content: All logos, graphics, text, icons, layout designs, and code structures displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Sweedco LLC and are protected by US and international copyright laws. - Client Project IP: Ownership of custom software, models, and systems developed by Sweedco LLC for clients is governed by individual service agreements. 4.
